I believe like me, you are on a journey to live out your full potential and that starts with self-discovery. I have done deep work over the years personally to own all parts of my identity as a woman, immigrant, introvert, person of color, spiritual being, empath, foreign language enthusiast, beach snob, book nerd, meditator, dancer, intellectual, world traveler, etc. When we talk about who we are especially as it relates to diversity we tend to look at just a narrow list of demographics but I believe if we are truly going to be able to first of all fully own ourselves we must go deeper because there is more, and this more allows us to bring more to the table professionally as well as in our personal lives. The more facets of ourselves we discover is the more we will be able to leverage to expand our reach and impact.
Professionally, I have almost 20 years of experience in Corporate America primarily in Financial Services with Citibank, GE Capital & GE Asset Management. In my work as a leadership consultant, human resources leader, trainer, diversity & inclusion expert and talent developer, I have worked extensively with people from over 50 countries globally with companies such as Baker Hughes, Twilio, Concordia College, Samsung Electronics, General Electric etc. which has expanded my impact to a wide range of industries including technology, education, legal, energy, etc.
My Leadership Consulting firm is focused on:
1. Helping companies develop inclusive cultures and effective leaders so that their best talent thrives (regardless of background).
2. Helping high potential corporate women own their power so that they can get confident, get promoted, get paid, and get hired.
I have developed a signature leadership development program, Your Power Unleashed to help mid-career professional women de-mystify what it takes to get to the C-Suite, and build their confidence regardless of their background so that they can advance professionally within companies willing to cultivate and reward the talent that they bring.
My vision is that workplaces will be a place where all talent thrives, removing those barriers to this end both within the external environment (people, processes, systems) and in the mindset of all stakeholders including the women themselves is my life’s work.
