About our founder, Kisha Wynter
Kisha has 20+ years of experience in Corporate America primarily in Financial Services with Citibank, GE Capital & GE Asset Management. In her work as a leadership consultant, human resources leader, trainer, diversity & inclusion expert and talent developer, she has worked extensively with people from over 50 countries globally with companies such as Baker Hughes, Twilio, Concordia College, Samsung Electronics, National Association of Black Accountants, CVS Health, Wells Fargo, Diageo, Nubank, District of Columbia’s OCFO, BioReference Laboratories, Royal Bank of Canada, Nassau Office of Public Defender, General Electric etc. which has expanded her impact to a wide range of industries including technology, education, legal, energy, etc.
Her vision is that corporations will be places where all talent thrives, and removing barriers to this end both within the external environment (people, processes, systems) and in the mindset of all stakeholders including the women themselves is her life’s work. She knows that when women thrive in the workplace the entire society wins, and the impact on the companies they work for include out-innovating their competition, attracting & retaining the best talent, and increasing bottom line business performance.
Her certifications include: ICF Professional Certified Coach, Hogan Assessments, Cornell University Advanced Diversity Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner Certification Team Coaching (Levels 1 & 2), Emotional Intelligence Certified Practitioner (EQi 2.0 & 360), Fascinate Certified Advisor, etc.
Kisha currently resides in the New York City tri-state area.
